Queer Crush is a queer climbing community creating safer spaces for people of diverse gender, romantic, and sexual orientations, where climbing becomes a path to healing, connection, and belonging.
We’ve grown from a volunteer meetup in 2018 to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with 30+ chapters across California, Colorado, and Vermont. Now, we’re building our next phase, and we want you at the table.
We’re opening nominations for our Board of Directors.
You don’t need to be a climber. We’re looking for folks who can bring skills in strategic planning, nonprofit governance, finance, fundraising, legal, HR, or organizational growth. You don’t need to check every box. We value lived experience and diverse perspectives just as much as professional background. Allies are welcome. Please share this opportunity widely!

Board members serve a two-year term. As a thank you, board members may receive a sponsored gym membership.
